losing a lot of weight while sleeping?!

Question: Losing a lot of weight while sleeping?
So I get about 6-7 hours of sleep each day. I weigh myself morning. I also have a high metabolism. I've always wondered how i can lose 2-4 pounds in one night. Doing a little research online, people say its water, but it doesn't sound very convincing. Where is all this weight going? How can I decrease this so it's not so drastic. (im trying to gain weight)

Answers:

You do lose fluid overnight from your skin and lungs. However you also burn calories required for your basal metabolic needs.

hey, I did have this same problem for so long now that it seemed hopeless. I tried a ton of stuff but nothing worked. Until I stumpled upon this website, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. There was little change for the first 2 weeks, but I felt good. After losing that initial weight, which was a real confident booster, I worked on developing good diet to maintain my result. I couldn't be more happier. Here's where I found the info: www.greatloseweightnet.tk

Sometimes you do lose weight while you sleep, as long as you gain it back and don't consistently lose, I think you will be fine. I tend to lose water weight if I take my vitamins right before bed. I don't know why, it's strange.

EDIT:

If it comes back the same day - don't worry. Perhaps, you're also aware of Yahoo not being a resource for medical advice. Go to the doctor. Nobody knows what is normal for you and your body.
