Question: I would like to lose 5kgs or 10 pounds asap, how do I do it?

i lost about that maybe a little more doing high protein if i wanted carbs i had them for lunch and at dinner just had meat and veg i had lots of smoothies too homemade with just pure fruit and i did 30 mins cardio 3 times a week i lost the weight in 2 weeks and dropped a dress size i kept the weight off too by not eating late at night, good luck hope this helps x
