Answers:
2 hours before a good amount of protein say two bits of friend with peanut butter and say some orange juice. Then around 1 hour after exercise of some chicken salad with spinach ( low carbs).
You should not eat before exercise. You can just drink water so that you wont be dehydrated. Then you should rest after exercise before you eat. And be careful with the amount of food you eat.
