Question: Help with working out please?
If i lift 6 weights a day for 11 months, how much muscle will i gain. Also what is better, drinking water during the weight lifting or drinking milk with powdered Sugar?

I can't really tell you how much muscle you would gain because "6 weights a day for 11 months is a bit vague". As for what to drink during weight lifting, water will be way better than milk. Water during a work out will help with your muscle contraction and keep you cool/refreshed, it will help the blood flow to give energy to the muscles too. Also water is necessary as while you are sweating the water intake will replace the loss of fluids. As for having milk during a workout this will just get your throat clogged up and will do much worse then good. However, before/after the workout having a protein shake or milk will be helpful, just don't bring it while working out over water.

Back to the weights thing, if you want the most out of it, do as much as you can for the best results. Doing the maximum reps and having good form will result in a quick and toned muscle.
