Im almost 16, 164 lbs, A GUY, and about 5'9-5'10 tall. Is tat a healthy weight? I have lower belly fat, love handles, and some bum fat, Its not a lot, but its still there, and I wanna lose it. I need to lose about 10 pounds or a bit more I think. Im not playing sports this spring, im going on vacation june 29th. I really wanna look good and slim for the summer, I already look slim wearing clothes, but I want abs. What workouts should I do to achieve a slim, nice body fast? pls help, thanks

First off I think it's great you want to lose weight and get healthy. In order to lose the weight you have to drink at least 2 liter water a day, eat healthy like fruits, veggies, lean chicken and fish. Also taking a mutli vitamin is good as well. First u need to eat your regular so you would eat breafast lunch and dinner and eat small portions,, the key is to not eat junk food.then just do sit ups at night so you'll get abs ;

here are some exercises to lose belly fat.

Exercise 1: Lie flat on your back with hands on your sides and then slowly raise your leg to an angle of forty five degree and then move your leg like a cycling action with both your legs. Repeat this exercise for three sets with fifteen cycles in each set. This exercise targets the lower abdomen muscles and helps in strengthening it and removing belly fat.


Exercise 2: This is one of the best exercises to reduce your belly fat. Lie flat on your back in the floor. Keep your hands at your side resting on the floor. Now slowly raise your leg so that it lies perpendicular to the floor .Now lift your hip slightly such that your buttocks does not rest on the floor. Hold in this position for five to ten seconds and then return back to your normal position. Do this for five sets with fifteen repetitions in each set. This exercise helps to strengthen lower side abdomen and is very much effective in loosing belly fat.


Exercise 3: Lie flat on your back in the floor. Keep your hands at the back of your head. Now slowly raise your leg at an angle of 45 degree. Now slowly move your body towards the raised leg and hold on this position for 3 seconds and then return back to your normal position. Do this for five sets with fifteen repetitions in each set. This exercise helps in strengthening your upper abs muscles which you will adopt only after burning your belly fat.


Exercise 4: Lie flat on your back in the floor. Keep your hands at the back of your head. Now keep your legs on the stool so that your thighs are perpendicular to your lower abdomen. Now slowly move your head towards your thighs contracting your abdomen. Remain in this position for a second and then return back to your normal position. Breathe normally during this workout. This routine helps you to strengthen your side abdomen muscles and helps in loosing belly fat. Do this exercise for 3 sets with fifteen repetitions in each set.


Exercise 5: If you are a starter to lose your belly fat then this could be the best starter. Now lie on the floor on your side with your one hand supporting the head and the other hand on the side of your body. Now raise your leg slowly to an angle of forty five degree and maintain this position for two seconds and then return back to your normal position. Repeat this for 3 sets with 15 repetitions in each set. Now just lie on the other side and do the same with other leg. Do the same number of set with same repetition for the other leg too. This workout helps in strengthening your side and lateral abs muscles.


Exercise 6: This is a simple work out and could be done any number of times when you are sitting leisurely too. This is a simple contraction workout. Keep your palm wide open on your abdomen and then slowly breathe in pulling your abdomen in. Be in this position for some five seconds and then slowly breathe out. Do this workout when you are done with other workouts said above. This workout helps to strengthen the walls of the abdomen. This helps in reducing belly fat without any hard work.
