I want to loose 10 pounds a week. Can I?!

Question: I want to loose 10 pounds a week. Can I?
Are their any diets that i could accomplish this?

Answers:

False to other people. It can be done. Look up HCG diet. However, I did this diet, I lost a **** ton of weight before I went into the Marines. BUT, people ues it as a scam, you have to find the right one, and its not easy to find the right one.
But, I suggest you get movin' ;).
Run 2 miles 0600 everday, run another mile a 2000 hours,
spend 2 days during the week doing ab workouts, 2 days doing arm/shoulder/chest workouts, spend another day doing only cardio, mix in situps/crunches everyday, and spend Saturday or Sunday recuperating.
Drink AT LEAST 64 ounces of water per day, eat extremely healthy, no sugars, no white grains, no salt, no oils, no butter, no seasonings, no preservatives, grilled chicken and turkey, no breaded chicken, just grilled chicken with no oils used to cook it, then mix in vegetables, and fruits. No using salt or butter for the vegetables. Eat 4-6 times per day, small amounts for each meal, this keeps your metabolism going throughout the day. Get to sleep on time at night, give yourself a good amount of rest, your body won't work as well if you're tired all the time. Have a positive attitude, its law of attraction, if you're positive, you increase confidence, therefore you increase output, meaning you'll lose more, meaning you'll gain more confidence, and start a habit for yourself.
Now, you won't be able to lose 10 in a week, because it takes a week to flush your system out by eating healthy and drinking the water, and to get your metabolism to speed up and stabilize at a high speed.
Remember, when you're working out, you want to feel the burn, do situps and crunches til you can literally do no more, jog for as long as you can, then speed walk if you need to slow down, dont' hurt yourself if you aren't in great shape, if you can do 2 miles easy, don't do 3 miles, just try and make your 2 mile faster.
And more than anything, remember to eat healthy, no sodas, no energy drinks, no blended coffee drinks, only black coffee, no candy, and no drugs, no weed, weed will take away your motivation.
If you choose to starve yourself and purge (throw up), I will tell your right now, its pointless, because if you do this, your body will realize its losing fat, AND muscle, so it will go into a sort of survival mode, then whenever you eat, your body will store ALL of the fat from the food, instead of just some of it, because it knows you will purge and not eat again for a long time, therefore, you will quickly gain weight when you start eating again. So its better to just have a healthy diet, and a healthy workout plan, doing so will insure that you get the results you want, and keep the results you want, and create a habit for yourself to be healthy.
Intensity is key for losing weight, the more intense, the quicker your metabolism will be, especially for a couple hours after the workout, so work hard, I mean it. But don't hurt yourself, know your limits.
You can't do this in a week very easily, but get your metabolism fired up and you'll be amazed by the results.

I'd also like to add, don't make yourself too skinny. I'm a guy, I'll tell you from a guys point of view, its nice when a girl is toned, not boned, toned, don't kill yourself, and get opinions from other people, if they are saying you're too skinny, they probably mean it. Lose your weight, but don't lose too much, once you lose enough weight and you're satisfied, work on your abs and arms/shoulders/chest to the point of being toned, don't over do it and be overly buff or anything, (that's our job), just go for toned.

The only way to lose that kind of weight is to starve yourself, and that's extremely unhealthy. If you want to lose weight you should start an exercise program that suits you and your bodies needs. You won't lose 10 pounds a week, but if you put in the effort then the results will be well worth the hard work in the end.

don't listen too them u have to eat 1200 calories a day, and burn 1200 calories a day. you can loose it. I've seen it on I used to be fat they loose 2 pounds a day.

I went on a school hiking/backpacking trip last semester and did just that(unintentionally). We walked about 27 miles and climbed three peaks.

It's possibly.....but incredibly unhealthy. By throwing up and starving....but I've been there...and it's not good....

-Not if You're smart- you won't !! :o
