I can't stop eating - help me!?!

Question: I can't stop eating - help me!?
I'm 16, 5'4" tall, weighing 41 Kg, and my waist line is 36 inches. My favourite snacks are Oreos, Kit-Kats, M&M's, Meiji Pucca, Loacker Wafers, and anything that's just sweet. I can't stop eating them! Aside from them, I eat quite a lot too!

I think I'm getting fat! I used to have chic abs, but now they're gone!!!! Is this normal for a growing teen like me? Help! Thanks in advance!

Sugar is a drug, your a sugar addict. Start working out, exercising, keep it sensible and enjoyable, and in less then 2 months it will be habit, this will help you in many ways kick the habit, mostly it will give you motivation, To get the most out of your exercise, you need decent food. Keep healthy snacks handy all the time. Eat a decent breakfast, oatmeal is the best, use honey to sweeten or you can even go for the flavored versions. It's good for you, and will really help control cravings, and as well it will better your moods, eat a decent lunch, and dinner. Exercise is the key, diet is complimentary, it will take some doing, but if you stick to it, in a matter of a few months, your life could be on a whole new track ( the track it's on now, is going to lead you to really bad places, so don't kid yourself that it's o.k.)
Again keep it enjoyable so your brain and body don't resist, and give them time to catch up with your minds desires to be healthier, it takes them time to change gears, not long again about two months, and in that time your energy will increase, and many aspects of your health will improve, making it easier then you think.

Very normal!!
Not healthy obviously, but very normal.
When I was your age I could just eat and eat and snack all day, like 3 packs of crisps, chocolate bars, biscuits and cakes. I never really put on weight though.
I'm sure you're not actually getting fat, just filling out, which is totally normal during teen years.
Try to swap at least some of the snacks for healthier options, like fruit, nuts, olives etc.
And definetly eat full healthy main meals which fill you up for a fairly long time.

I know how you feel. I have this problem now too. Even when I started getting used to just eating healthy foods, I am now back to my old eating habits. However, I maintain my weight by going to the gym and doing high intensity training. If you do exercise then it will help you to control your appetite too.

Hope this helped.

It is quite normal for teenagers to have a big appetite. When I was that old, I was easily eating more than both of my parents combined, and was never overweight because of it. That said though, you should maybe look at some healthier choices of food.

Those measurements do not add up. Your waist cannot be 36 inches if you are only 41kg.

You may be measuring your hips. You are in your growth phase, in which case extreme hunger is normal. Try to eat more protein and nutritious food mixed in there.
