Question: Weight Gain help for 15 year old girl! Please help me!?
'm 5 2" and weigh 80 lbs.
I have a very skinny frame and I wanna gain weight without going to the gym.
The reason for this is because besides my p.e lessons which is only a hour long twice a week I have to go at lunch and that only lasts for 40 mins which is useless, also if I constantly go at lunch how will I ever eat? You have to be 16 to join a gym out of school too! What should I do this is really getting me down to the point of depression :L

Hello there, stop thinking in this way :) you have no reason to go into a depression, think that lots of girls would love to be thin as you are. My advice? You must teach your metabolism how to act. You must have 3 meals per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, you organise them like this: Breakfast: between 7-9 am. Lunch between 12-2 pm. Dinner between 5-7/30 pm. You must respect your meal program. Doing sports helps you out also, they increase the lust for food. You're not needed to do high performance sports, even running like 20 minutes per day or roller skating or even walking a good distance is good for your body. Do this and you'll feel better and your metabolism will help you also. I am not a nutritionist, so you can take this just like an advice, for further information go and visit a nutritionist or a specialized person. After hitting 16-17 years old you will gain a bit of weight, but also depends. Good luck :D

You have all your life to put on weight. Stop worrying about stupid crap. Stupid crap being your weight. You must have heard your crush say he likes larger women, well, just don't do that for him....

Seriously this question is stupid. You will put on weight as you age. Just look around. Look at all the chubby ladies into their 30s... That could be you in twenty years.
