Why is fat so hard to burn off as compared to calories, carbs or protein which t!

Question: Why is fat so hard to burn off as compared to calories, carbs or protein which the body always go for first?
What is it that makes fat so hard to go into the bloodstream in order for it to be burned for fuel? What's slowing fat burning down in other words?

Answers:

It's because the body automatically thinks that it might run out of food, so it eats more, and stores food, or fat. This s considered unhealthy, and it is, in some cases. Then, wehn you try to burn the fat, it doesn't, because the body wants to conserve. Instead of burning old stuff, it burns the food you eat. This is wy you have to eat healthy and also excercise.

First of all, fat offers our bodies more energy then anything else we eat. We need to double the amount of carrots we eat, for example, just to get the same amount of energy. So back when we were cavemen, our bodies stored fat like crazy because some days it was feast and some days it was famine. So when you are trying to lose weight, you are fighting against a body that was designed 10,000 years ago to store all the fat it possibly could and burn up the energy in everything else first so that we would have the energy to chase down our dinner.

hi, I've been having this weight problem for so long now that it seemed hopeless. I used to buy all types of products. Until I stumpled upon this website, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was such a confident booster, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn't be more happier. Here's where I found the info: http://greatloseweightnet.tk

You mean compared to carbs and proteins not calories. calories come from protein, carbs and fats.

Why does your body burn them last you mean? Good question.

When you eat your body burns the easiest thing first and thats carbs, after that it goes for protein to rebuild muscle then fat. Fat is the hardest thing to break down so it saves it for last. Why is it the hardest? I have no freaking idea.
