Question: How to lose belly fat?
Answers:

I lost a lot of stomach/abdominal area fat by:
1. Doing A LOT of cardio (biking and running typically)
-Interval workouts primarily
-Abdominal workouts
-Leg and chest weight training
2. Cutting back on processed foods, and upping my fruit and vegetable intake substantially
3. Drinking more water (as a diet suppressant) at meals in place of eating more food
4. Took vitamins
5. Did activities (physical or mental) that took my mind off of food and thus gaining more belly fat.

That's basically what any workout book/anyone who works out will tell you. This worked for me, so I hope you try it :D
