I suggest you reduce your consumption of carbohydrates and don't consume soft drinks and get some regular aerobic exercise



Well, in order to lose 1 pound each week, you need to eat 500 calories LESS then what you normally should be.

SO say to stay at the same weight you need to eat 2,000 calories each day, you now need to take off 500 of those calories. SO you would now only eat 1,500 calories.

OR

You can exercise and burn 300 calories, and only cut back on eating 200 calories. Etc Etc.

Best way is to eat healthy (i advise 6 SMALL meals)

Breakfast (eggs, toast, OJ)
Snack (Apple)
Lunch (Sandwich and Soup)
Snack (Carrots)
Dinner (Chicken with steamed Veggies)
Desert (weight watcher ice cream)

Then throw in some exercises, You could run for 20 minutes, Or ride your bike, Walk for an Hour. Swim if you want. Do a little exercise is better then nothing. You don't need to be bending over gasping for air in order to lose weight.

REMEMBER it takes 2 or 3 seconds to say you'll diet, but 2 to 3 WEEKS to actually stick with it.



Eat less than what you'd normally do, Eat an apple or an orange before having launch so you get full fast, Exercise do sit-ups and push-ups if you can, and most importantly stay away from junk food.

Cut out sodas and ice cream and other sweets. You can have then every once in a while. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. Exercise like running is good too.
