I'd say that was an hourglass as the waist is the smallest measurement and the top half is not too small either. Reminds me . of Jessica rabbit or Marilyn Monroe that's a great figure. The top size would probably be a uk 6 and the bottom is a 8.
My hips are a 35 also and I get into a UK 8 .
Pear shape. Size 6 on top, size 8 on the bottom.

enlightened, think you need to double check a size chart if you think those measurements are a size 12/14!
Your pear shaped and due to the soze of the hips your a uk 12 - 14 depending on the make of the garment.
If you are 6' tall then you are too thin, if you are 5'3" you are probably just right. Height makes all the difference. But based on your measurements I'd say you were a UK 8-10
