Ppl will tell you normally that to replace your junk with fruits and veggies which is easier said than done. I've been there and lost lost of weight. When you start researching where your food comes from its disgusts you andeven strong repulse you. Start replacing your sodas with beverages that mix into water and make a goal to drink water more and more each day. But teas and any fruit drink that dont contain alot of sugar are fine. Replace your chips with chez mixes, fruit with granola ..and veggies with dips like salsa. Workout with your favorite music to keep you motivated. Eat meat rarely anifbyou work and buy fast food start taking at home lunches with you. Peta and websites like Disney family go have great recepies and healthy weightloss goaled one too



You have to define what is Junk food for you. give examples. because some of the food you think is junk food may not be. You can not lose weight and belly fat quickly and stay healthy.
