Fastest most efficent way to burn fat?!

Question: Fastest most efficent way to burn fat?
Answers:

Lots and lots of cardio, and circuit-training.

My typical (gym) workout involves spending about 45 minutes between the elliptical machine, exercise bike, and treadmill - cooling down by walking a few laps, and then go from machine to machine doing a full body workout (less weight - more reps, burns fat and builds lean muscle).

Don't rest between machines - keep your heart rate up. If there is someone on the next machine you were going to use, then jump ahead to the next one and come back to it (or jog a lap or two until they are done and jump on it). It takes me another 30-45 minutes - for a total of about 1-1/2 hours - twice a week.

If you don't have a gym - get on a bicycle (better than jogging/running because it involves zero impact (as long as you can keep from falling off - watch out for cars too).

Do resistance exercises like pushups, situps, pullups, leg lifts, jumping jacks, squat-thrust, etc. - again, going from exercise to exercise without letting your heart rate drop. You don't really need all of the equipment - and you can do it anywhere, in front of the TV, at the park, or even during a break at work.

The fastest and most efficient is to go jogging for at leat 30 minutes. It takes almost 20 minutes of cardio exercise to get your body into fat burning mode. Once you've been running for 20 minutes, your body will have burned out most of the available carbs and will be drawing energy from the stores of calories in your fat cells. That's when fat burn really takes place. So a 30-45 minute jog is great!

And stop eating sugar. Eating sugar causes your body to store fat.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Reduce your intake of sugars, and starches -- by a lot. Your bodies insulin level (tyhroid) will respond by balancing blood sugars with body fat.

People are addicted to sugar. Plain and simple. Once we recognise that this addiction was caused but the food industry itself - the better, healthier, and leaner we will be.

it depends on your needs. high intensity low impact is supposed to be the best combo.

Examples: rowing swimming and cycling.
low intensity low impact would be walking.
high intensity high impact is running

Personally, I find it difficult to get 'into the rhythm' when rowing. swimming is something you really have to learn and it causes me to be self conscious. Cycling is painful to my pubic bone area. I like walking and running outside on pavement walkways and trailways. In the gym I do the elliptical and sometimes I try rowing.

Start weight training.
