Question: I need advice about walking to lose weight?
This is the problem I lost about 100 pounds walking around a park and i got down to 123 pounds and i got to know a lot of people and then i stopped going and I did gain about 50 pounds and its been over a year now and i want to go back but I feel ashamed and embarrassed to go back because i might see someone that i know and the might say something about my weight gain. What should i do go back or should i just not go. If i do go what do you think I should say if someone says something about my weight? You answer is very important to men thank you.

You really should go. Even though you might feel that it's embarrassing to return after gaining some weight back, everyone else will most likely be very proud of you and very happy for you to have come back. Put yourself in their shoes. You would be so happy to see someone come back and walk in the park again.
If people say anything at all, just say that you had to take a break for a while but now you're happy you're back. You can do it. No one cares about what other people think anyway. It's all about you!!! :) :) :)
