17 day diet question?!


Question: 17 day diet question?
I'm 15 and I just started the 17 day diet .
It's my second day . and My body is kind of feeling weak .
Is it because I'm not used to taking on low calorie intake ?
Will this feeling go away over time ?

Answers:

You're feeling weak because you're going through carb withdrawal. It will be like this the first 5 days of the diet, but your body will get used to it. But if you start to feel really bad eat something. Maybe an apple or some yogurt. I'm also on the 17 day diet, it gets easier and better as the days go by. And if you're working out, don't do too much, because you're not taking in many calories, so you don't have much to burn.
