Is it a good idea to go jogging every morning to lose weight?!


Question: Is it a good idea to go jogging every morning to lose weight?
I've started to jog every morning.
Is it a good way to lose weight. Today, I woke up at 6:30 and ran until 7. So basically is this a good start? I also ate a ham sandwich (no mayo) for lunch today as well as a side of salad

jogging in moderation is always good for you and will help you lose a little weight .
other forms of exercise will help tone you up and also help you slim down .

by the way lads he did say the sandwich was for lunch !! that's a long way past 06-30 A M

I've had a lot of experiences with crash diet program, pills, and fitness programs. None of these worked for me for the long term. Usually a program that recognizes that a weight control program which is focused on long term weight control is the only type of program that works. The only place I've found on the web that seems to recognize all this is old crow ink. Try them. One of their programs might work for you.

Good for you! That sounds like a great start! But if you're really serious about this, or really need to get to loosing weight, then i'd recommend hitting the gym once a week or once every other week as well. Great job! :D



yup its a gud start,slowly try to increase your exercise timing to one hour.Ham can be ok for ocasional lunch,though try avoiding it and have vegetarian diet,also white of eggs.

7.00 am shower

7.30 breakfast



yes exercise can help give your metabolism that kick start it needs in the morning



in my opinion, i think you should consult with a trainer at a gym so that they can give you a better answer.
