Weight watchers works amazing. it's safe. fast. effective. and you don't have to exercise all day and you can still eat the foods you want. check it out online. you don't have to purchase anything. just Google things. and write down what your eating. they use a point system using your calories, fiber, and fat. and all that = a certain point. then according to your weight your allowed a certain number of points in a day. but you want to go below that to loose the weight. lets say so can have 25 points in a day. you want to keep it below 20 or so. then weigh in once a week. you'll see results loosing weight up to 2lbs every week. or more. :) you can learn more about it on Google. hope this helped. btw. diets or things that say you'll loose it in a week or sooner don't work or won't keep the weight off. even if it works in the beginning in the long run it'll only be a waste of time. with the weight watchers Ive found myself that its kinda like a life style it shows you portion control as well.
