Question: Do you think this will help me lose weight fast?
If I only drink diet caffine free pop once a day.
Drink water the rest of the day.
Only eat some life or plain cherrios for breakfast.
fat free milk once a day only.
Something small like yogurt for lunch.
Eat no red meat.
Eat junk food only one night a week and make sure it is the serving size.
And excercise at least 3 times a day.

I am 15. .... Do you think that will help me to lose weight fast?

The goal to weight loss is to eat often but in small meals. I honestly dont believe fat free does anything. I have lost the most weight doing low carb. Dont do 20carbs, but say 100carbs a day. Also, milk is soooo good for you. It can help you stay slim. I drank whole milk (3-4 cups a day, never did this before) and lost 10 lbs in 6 months. I did nothing else, no workout, eating less, anything. Take vitamins because if you lack anything, your body wont function as well and it can make your metabolism slow down. That happened to me when I lost 60lbs at one point. I know how to do fast weight loss (60lbs in 3 months!) but its not good for you. I got low thyroid because of it and gained my weight back. So, you're young and you dont want to mess up your metabolism right now or you will hate it later. Meat is fine. One thing I didn't know, was to count how much protein I had in a day and so I lost a lot of muscle (your body will eat muscle not just fat if you dont get enough protein). So, try to eat 100grams of protein a day. Regardless of what else you cut, you dont want to lose muscle because muscle is what will help you keep that fat off. Unless you want to diet forever, but I honestly love food too much and would just shoot myself. Wanted to add, that I have done things similar to the diet above and after gained double the weight back. I dont recommend it.

Study below about fat in milk and children who consume it. Majority are shown to be slimmer. You want long term weight loss not just the now. I know being thin is so important when you are young but it really is always important. So, try to think about how you can live a long life of healthy eating. Things like hot cocoa, smoothies, oatmeal cookies, etc are all on that list.

Weight Control and Fitness are ongoing things. I'm probably a lot older than you and in my experiences with a multitude of crash diets and fitness programs. I have discovered that there is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. The only web site I've found that seems to understand this is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you.
