What will happen to my body when I lose all my weight?!

Question: What will happen to my body when I lose all my weight?
I'm 5' 1" and female.
When I was 15 years old. I used to weigh 215ish pounds. Since then, I've lost close to 45 pounds. I'm 17 now, and I'm around 170 and I'm losing more every week. I don't have any stretched skin yet or anything and I work out and eat well about 80% of the time. My goal is to be 135 or lower, but I'm aiming for 135 now. Just so I'm not in the "overweight" category. This isn't a weight loss advise question. I know how to lose weight and I'm doing it in an incredibly healthy way. I just want to know if that after I lose all this weight, am I going to have to get surgery or something, for all the excess skin? I'm still quite young, so my skin my tighten. But, it'll probably take me another 1-2 years to get the rest of the weight off.

I know this question is kind of vague, I can add more to it if you need more detail. I'd just hate for this to screw my entire body up, just because I had no idea what I was doing to my body when I was 10ish years old (ie, eating too much, not being physically active.)

Anyway, any thoughts on the matter would be awesome and appreciated :)

I don't think you will get stretchmarks because you would be getting them already because you have lost a lot of weight! congrats.

Your skin is very elastic because you are young. It WILL tighten, however; the best thing is to do a little cardio to help tone along the way.

It is hard to tell without seeing you. But you might need a tummy Tuck by the time your done. Congratulations on your weight loss! Keep it up!

yea you dont have to worry about your skin tightening up, it will do it, just keep up your good work and you'll be fine
