Reasonable amount of time to lose 30 pounds?!

Question: Reasonable amount of time to lose 30 pounds?
I'm real muscular but have some fat I need to lose for military

Answers:

Fastest healthy rate is 2lbs/week. A pound of body fat is approximately 3,500 calories. So to lose one pound per week, you need to cut your calories by 500 daily. To lose 2lbs, that's 1,000 calories daily. That's really hard to do with diet alone because you don't want to drop below 1,200. More if you're a man (1,500ish).

You can healthily create a 1,000 calorie deficit by combining a diet and exercise plan. The best way to do this is through 500 calorie burn via exercise daily (60min) and a 500 calorie deficit daily (usually means consuming around 1,700-1,800 for men).

All this said, a reasonable time to do this in would be 15 weeks, or 4 months.

hey, I was having this bad eating trouble for so long that it seemed hopeless. I used to buy all types of products. Until I found this website by accident, I was skeptical at first. I didn’t see much result until after the first week, but I was feeling good about myself. After dropping that initial weight, which was so uplifting, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. Here's where I found the info: http://www.quickloseweightfocus.tk

2 lbs a week is the best you can do, so 15 weeks, or almost 4 months.

You could lose it quicker but you'd end up losing muscle.

you remember the story of the tortoise and the hare? ;)

Two months I'd say.
