Question: Slowly getting fat. How do you encourage yourself to do exercise?
Everyday I have an excuse

Answers:

If everyday your telling yourself, I'll start tomorrow, Then you have no self control. Look at yourself in a mirror, and ask yourself if your happy with what you see. If you look at yourself in the mirror again, and think of what you want to look like, your not ganna get there by half-*** excuses and bad eating habits. If you think of how you want to look, and how confident you want to be, that should be enough encouragement to get your lazy self up and exercising. After a week of exercise you'll start feeling good, and will look foward to working out, not forcing yourself to work out.

I think about how good I feel afterward. Also I look forward to fresh air.
