Am I taking too many suppliments?!


Question: Am I taking too many suppliments?
I am trying to bulk up at the gym, and right now, I am taking:

GNC amplified muscle igniter pre-workout supplement
GNC Pro Performance L-Glutamine supplement
GNC Mega Men Sport multivitamin supplement
and a GNC whey protein, protein powder supplement.

Answers:

you can never take too much supplements, your body will just pee out the excess and keep some of it, other than that, I'd say you are taking too many supplements and wasting a lot of money, just work hard and take protein, thats all you really need.



Yes - after a week or so of taking them - quit for two or three days and see if they actually DO anything. Mostly these supplements are pretty worthless - might even be dangerous.

The type of supplements you need is when you're treating something which is really Wrong with you.
