Question: Teen fat loss help needed please?
Im almost 16, 164 lbs, A GUY, and about 5'9-5'10 tall. Is tat a healthy weight? I have lower belly fat, love handles, and some bum fat, Its not a lot, but its still there, and I wanna lose it. I need to lose about 10 pounds or a bit more I think. Im not playing sports this spring, im going on vacation june 29th. I really wanna look good and slim for the summer, I already look slim wearing clothes, but I want abs. What workouts should I do to achieve a slim, nice body fast? pls help, thanks.

Best way to drop weight is cut out the things that add weight. Cut out caffeine, soda, alcohol, processed foods and red meat. This will automatically cut a ton of weight and you'll feel amazing (after the three day withdrawal period that is). To maximize your work out efforts, I'd highly suggest HIT or high intensity training or circuit training (that incorporates weights). It burns much more calories in the same or less time.
