Question: I want to loose 35 pounds ?
But how? I'm gonna start running 3to 4 times a week. What should I eat? What foods should I avoid? My BMI says I should weigh 100 pounds. Any weight loss tips?

my BMI says 105 pounds. i had a baby and couldn't lose any of the extra weight. i then tried HCG drops and am now to my goal weight. you have to be on a strict diet for 21 days then start introducing fatty foods into your diet. it worked awesome for me and i highly recommend it to anyone who wants to lose extra weight. my doctor recommend it to me. just google HCG Weight loss drops. i lost 32 pounds in the 21 days of dieting. but i also rode my bike and excersized. but with this diet you do not have to excersize at all
