Question: How to lose the last few pounds?
Ever since the start of this year I've been trying to get in the best shape of my life since I'm moving to California this summer.
I've been working out pretty good, when I started I could barely run 10 minutes. Yesterday I ran 30 minutes on the treadmill in intervals between 6 and 8 mph with incline. I also have a really good ab routine, I have really legit abs now. Only problem is that there's about a inch of fat that if I could get rid of, I would have the best stomach ever! I look really toned but there's still a bit of fat that could go away... I'm 5'6 and 145 lbs now (19 years old). That may sound like a lot but I'm muscular and have an hourglass shape.
I also have a pretty good diet but I know I could work on it more... is there anything I absolutely cannot eat or is it all about portion sizes?

I just need some tips to reach my goal. I'd really love to be 135 lbs but my I'm really confident around 140 b/c of my body type.

Best way to drop weight is cut out the things that add weight. Cut out caffeine, soda, alcohol, processed foods and red meat. This will automatically cut a ton of weight and you'll feel amazing (after the three day withdrawal period that is). To maximize your work out efforts, I'd highly suggest HIT or high intensity training or circuit training (that incorporates weights). It burns much more calories in the same or less time.
