Will i still lose weight if i take whole milk instead of skim milk?!
Question: Will i still lose weight if i take whole milk instead of skim milk?
I dont like the taste of skim milk, & since they differ in fat percentage, if i take whole milk, will i add more weight ? even if its within my calorie limit for the day?

as long as you're sticking to your calorie limit, whole milk is fine. fats are actually good for you in moderation and whole milk has more nutrients. Plus it's natural.
