Question: Some tips for loosing about 5-10 pounds before summer?
Okay... So I'm 5"3 and weigh about 140.. My stomach area just isn't working for me (lol) thats my only problem area.. So any exercise ideas, or any tips will help.

I know the best way ever!!! You just need patience.Look - don't eat anything after 5 p.m. every day for a few weeks and you will lose weight. Just like that - no need to increase level of exercise or anything. There are no healthy ways to lose weight fast,if there are pills - they will just overwork your liver to break down fat and it will work worse after that. Anyways,if you don't change your eating habits drastically after the pills - the weight will come back. In my diet - you can eat the most fattening foods you want until 5p.m. every day and you will only lose weight. Let me explain how it works:the only way to lose weight naturally is to have your body actually need it and use it,however it doesn't want to do that,so it will release hormones into your bloodstream that make you hungry. At night you don't eat but your body still needs energy to function - with my diet,all the foods you ate during the day will be broken down before you go to bed but the body will still need energy to function,so it will have no choice but to use fat and make you skinnier!!!

I don't know your eating habits but, make sure you're eating healthy.

A good variety of cardo can never be underestimated. Be sure to Jog keep a good pace. If you can't job very well, even WALKING is great! There are a lot of ab exercises you can do as well. Just go to youtube and search ab exercises. You'll find a bunch of things on there!

You still should eat healthy. It doesn't matter if its before 5 PM or not. your body isn't on a clock that says Okay I think I wont store this fat before 5. Eating healthy calories is KEY! eat healthy look healthy. As nutrition is 90% of being/staying healthy, you still need to get in exercise. at least 15 minutes a day if you feel you don't have enough time.
