Question: I CHEATED ON MY DIET & FEEL HORRIBLE?
I cheated on my diet & now I feel miserable I feel like I'm going back to my old self ...I wanna loose at least 15pounds of fat by may 22...does anyone ANYONE have any tips & advice

don't think of it as a diet. think of it as a lifestyle change. you have to exercise regularly and effectively in order for you new dietary habits to work. and dont think of losing a certain amount of weight...think of it as making you healthier. the diet approach is completely wrong. you have to look at it from a health standpoint. EXERCISE. it really helps.



You cheated on your diet. It already happened and there's no taking it back so don't dwell on it. Focus on getting back on track and staying there. Have a friend help out by keeping track of your progress and being your "coach." You can also get some weight loss apps for your phone/iPod to help you stay on track.

Don't let this bother you, this is my biggest problem as well. Just get it out of your system and start fresh again tomorrow. Just keep exercising and eating right and it shouldn't be that hard to lose that weight.

Don't worry about it, even though u cheated, it was just 1 time and all you have to do is work a little bit harder to work off those extra calories.



Workout a little more to make up for it, and don't cheat again!
