I want to be healthy but not loose weight?!

Question: I want to be healthy but not loose weight?
I have been starting to do exercise lately, this is how much i did today: 30 mins on treadmill (7 & a half laps of an oval) which i burned 408 calories, and i also did 40 sit ups and on the treadmill i did another lap but it wasnt recorded(had to answer thre phone and accidently push the atou safety button which make it stop and start over) .

I want to be fit, but not loose weight. I am 14yo girl, i weigh around 52-54 and i am approx 168 cm tall. I also want a bit of muscle but i dont want to look like a body builder sorta person, it would probably look a bit gross especially on a girl, just enough muscle to protect myself if i ever need to.

So how do i exercise without burning fat/getting skinnier and what should i eat? Please tell me everything i need to know?

Answers:

Well depending on ur body if ur like me... You can eat whatever u want and workout and be ripped lol n not worry about wut u eat
Naa im 15 n i got some pretty nice muscle...
All u might wanna do is atleast get some fruit daily... 2 glasses of milk maybie... And lift light weights... Like maybie 5-10 lb weights or something... Maybie 15 every here n there... Itll just tone u out and maybie do some situps... And if u like ur exercise then stick with it.
U got a plan and thats good.
Dont be like me where u go into the weight rooms and crap and work hardcore
Just keep it light and stuff
And yea... Ripped girls like them super buff people with 12pks... Eew
Lol
O and yea pushups too

Isn't it amazing how every1 comes with his own conclusion. in Islam we believe that if someone believed the oneness of god and the fact that he has no partners he will be saved from the torment of the hell fire and you will be admitted to paradise regardless of race, color and gender. The Holy Qur'an mentions that who ever says LA' ILLAHA ILLA LAH, MOHAMMAD RASULU'LAH which means There is no god worthy of worship but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah and believes in it he will be admitted to paradise and saved from the hellfire. Its as simple as that. If you think I m not telling the truth search The Holy Qur'an for answers. Its everywhere even on the internet.
