Realistically the only way your going to do it is through basic exercises for your abs. If you want a really good toned stomach there are 3 areas you've gotta work on: Lower Abs, Upper Abs and Obliques (the muscles at the either side of your stomach).

Obliques - get a brush/broom/mop handle or any long stick/pole, and hold it straight behind your neck. Bend at your waist about a 45 degree angle (so your face is facing the floor) and twist left and right so the stick/pole is pointing to the floor. Make sure you stretch as much as you can. You should be able to do 20-30 fairly easily (it's not too strenuous) and work up to do maybe 2 lots of 50 a day (it won't take long)

Upper Abs - just basic sit-ups. Make sure you're doing the work with your stomach and not just swinging yourself forward, if you can only do 5-10 at first, then that's fine, stick to it and guaranteed within a week or two you'll be doing 10-20, then more week by week. Doing them correctly is far more important than doing more of them.

Lower Abs - bent leg raises. Lie fat on the floor on your back, put your hands under your bum and hold your legs about 6 inches off the floor. Bend your bend your knees to lift your legs up to your stomach and then straighten your legs out again, making sure you keep them about 6 inches off the floor. Again, do as many as you can at first, guaranteed you'll be able to do more after a week or two.

For all of these exercises, make sure you do them correctly, if you 'cheat' to do more, you'll onyl cheat yourself because you won't get results.

Do this and obviously make sure you're not taking in massive amounts of fat (especially saturated fat) and guaranteed you will see results within a month.
