Question: Is this chest and back routinue ok?
3 sets of inclince Bench Press, superset with 4 sets of dumbell rows
3 sets of Good Mornings
3 sets of push ups to finish the workout

that sounds good to me... if u can handle doing chest and back together...
two big muscles..
id skip the good morinings and replace it with deadlifts.. they are much more effective...
make sure your eating alot of protein.. and make sure you are not training longer then 40-60 mins
looks decent but add some flys,cable crossover,deadlift for back

seems fine to me you got to feel the soreness of it just make sure you take some days off
those seem fine then later if that becomes too easy start doing more
