Question: When trying to lose belly fat what should I not eat from this...?
turkey breast
whole wheat wraps
low fat mozzarella cheese
whole wheat bread
chicken breasts
chicken legs
whole wheat spaghetti/macaroni/pasta

the list seems ok for the most part.. u need all those protein foods..
the only thing that u need to be carefull about is whole wheat spaghettie, macroni, pasta.. u want to have small serverings of those...


and avoid white flour foods, and excess sugars...
those are what will cause trouble for you..



Cheese Stick/ macoroni they have ton of cal anx sodium not enough fiber . Monosaturated fats are good
