Question: How do I lose some weight in the stomach area? (young female)?
So what exercises can I do to focus the weight loss in the stomachy area? Like core exercises? Ex. sit ups? What else?
And how often/how much would I have to do these exercises? And how long will it take to notice results?
One more question- I don't want to lose any weight in the breast area. Hahaha cuz I'm pretty small there :)

I hated doing sit ups. But I found a way called "hip hop abs" it's pretty fun and you lose weight and get abs :D you can do it on your room. Just pop in some music. It's kind of hard to explain. But if you search on YouTube you will find little bits of it. Once you understand how it works you cam even create your own "workout/dance moves" I've turned the jerk and the dougie into an Ab workout :) hope that helped
