Question: Is my daily eating routine okay?
So, as someone who is recovering from a fear of over-eating, I'm easing back into "normal" eating habits once again. However, I want to be sure I'm not swinging too far the other way. So...am I okay with what I'm eating? I'm 5'4 and 114 lbs.
Breakfast: Eggs and bowl of fruit with a tbs fat-free yogurt and low-fat granola.
Morning snack: Low fat yogurt (60 calories)
Lunch: Whole wheat pita with turkey, veggies, and an apple
Dinner: Exact same as lunch usually
Evening snack: Low fat yogurt (60 calories)
....is this too much? too much fruit? too much yogurt? Anything like that? Thanks!

no way!! that sounds so healthy!! i usually eat way worse than that. i think u should relax, if you r eating well and are exercising regularly then you will be fine!
You actually aren't eating enough. Try to have something else for dinner to mix things up.
