I'm 17, 5'9, and 152.
How much weight could I lose in 5 days if I consumed 1200 calories and burned 700 calories at the gym daily. Thanks

if ur really desperate then just avoid all carbs dont drink any sugary drinks and dont eat salt as this helps your body retain water but yer i actually dont know how much youll loose



hello, I did have a diet problem for so long now that it seemed hopeless at the time to try to lose all this weight. I used to take all kinds of products. Until a friend recommended this method, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love it.
