Question: Is this overweight, if it is how can I reduce my weight?
I'm 5ft and 53.6kg/118lbs. Is this Overweight? if so, will learning to swim help ? Thanks in advance. ;D

No, your weight is healthy! For you're height you would have to weigh 128 pounds or more to be considered overweight. It's good to exercise no matter your size though!



Take small amount of meal than your regular meals per day. If you can cut your meals by eating two times per day is better.
Do exercise to burn fats in your body. Do running or jogging at least 4 times per week.
