what are these red lines on my back and shoulders?after lifting weights...?!


Question: What are these red lines on my back and shoulders?after lifting weights...?
i get them after a really good weight session always in my back and shoulders what are they?

BQ: is it ok to lift up to 4 to 5 times a week?

Is it from lying on the bench? Lift every 3 days to heal muscles and build mass



i think you re having a lack of iron...
or.. your blood vessel caused by your hard practise ???
