Question: IS WALKING A GOOD EXERSIZE?
i want to get in to shape, but im a few stone overweight, so i find it hard to do stuff like jog..run..swim etc..but is walking just as good? if i did a 1-2 hours walk per day also eat decent healthy food and drink lots of water, would i burn fat?

You could also try pilates, it's marvellous for getting you into shape.



yes walking is good exersize but you need to do it daily for 1-2 hrs and with this I would suggest you to do some Yoga and Meditation, by doing this you would remain fit and would not be affected by any severe diseases.

Walking is a pretty decent exercise, not only does it help you work your legs, it also helps your brain. But my advice for you is to jog since you're looking to burn fat.
