Most trampoline stunts ('stunt' traditionally means a technique or 'move', NOT an amazing or dangerous activity) are based on combinations of simple somersault & twist moves.

The key is PRECISION. Start by practising an exact half-twist, until you can do it automatically. The move involves bouncing EXACTLY on the centre of the trampoline 'bed', while turning to face EXACTLY the opposite direction each time you come down.

Every time you bounce away from the centre spot, the move has failed. Every time you turn more or less than 180 degrees, the move has failed.

When you can do PERFECT half-twists, start working on (exact) full-twists. When you have got those down, practice alternating direction, as well as alternating half & full twists.

You can do part-twists while bouncing off-centre; if you get this stunt right, you will keep coming down on a different part of the trampoline, while always facing the middle, or always facing outwards, or alternating facing out and in.

You can keep yourself from getting dizzy (which can be DANGEROUS on a trampoline) by changing the direction of your twist, and by bouncing facing one way for a while between your twisting moves.

DO NOT practice somersaults on your own, even if your trampoline has a net around it.

Somersaults start with a 'tuck drop', performed slightly closer to the edge of the bed. If you tuck, and stay in that position while you bounce on the middle of the bed, the trampoline will give you a random spin. But if you bounce in a tucked position, a bit nearer to the edge that you are facing, the bed will spin you 'backwards', so that you perform a back-somersault. TOO close to the edge, and you will SOMERSAULT RIGHT OFF THE TRAMPOLINE, so ONLY do this with enough people around the trampoline to safely push you back onto it !

As you get better at making a full rotation from 'tuck drop', you can start to apply the same kind of rotation to an ordinary un-tucked bounce from the same place on the bed. When you do it un-tucked, you will need to bounce harder to get 'over the top', but be careful, because this can throw you further off the trampoline.

You can also bounce on your knees, your back, in a sitting position, or on your front. To perform the 'front drop', you need to place your hands carefully; otherwise you can sprain a joint or whack yourself in the face. Normally, you should try to stick your elbows out and put both hands flat in front of your face, as if you are trying top stop the bed from hitting your face. Keep your fingers together and your mouth closed, so that you don't accidentally bite a finger.

When you can do twists and somersaults from these 'drops', you have an almost infinite variety of stunts to string together.

This site has some really insane 'stunts', as well as some standard trampoline stunting; it may give you some ideas for things to aim for, as well as some things to NEVER EVER TRY TO DO ! :
