Eat 2000 calories a day.

Walk the equivalent of 3000 steps every day at a normal pace.

You will slim _slowly_ proportionally and not grow any giant ugly muscles. Your breats will not melt away and it won't have a health impact whatsoever. Over exercising can cause injury , over dieting can cause diesease .

Try and eat as much food with those 2000 calories as you can , keeping it balanced of course. It's healthy for your insides to proces a lot of fiber. 2000 calories worth of pure sugar is unhealthy as well.



I like the sex every night answer lol. I have been doing the HCG diet. I oredered from the officialhcgdietplan website. I heard about the diet on Dr Oz. It's one diet he actually approves of. It is working for me. Research it and see what you think. I have been doing it for about 4 weeks and have lost 15 lbs. I can't tell you if it stays off because I haven't been off of it yet. I'm still going. But I like how my body is shaping. The fat that is going away is the fat that never seems to go away with exercise



okay, to get into shape , rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.

also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

* you should lose about 10 lbs per month



Depend on your age if you are then cardio workout,swimming or weightlifting,yoga just to name a few.But if you are old then tai chi should be your choice.
