I have a weight question?!

Question: I have a weight question?
Hallow..
So lately I've have been working out a lot, I joined the Gym in january, but was first totally clear to go there(have the motivation etc.) in February.

My weight is normally 128 lbs, and when I finally weighed myself 3 weeks later, it was on 134 lbs. I work out one and a half hour a day and it just stays there.

I know i am only 16, so maybe it could be because my body is still developing, i don't know?

Thanks in advance:)

When people are not heavy and work out a lot, they start to gain a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat, which is why you are gaining weight. It usually takes a few months to start noticing the change. It sounds like a healthy weight gain so don't worry about it. People who are very over weight and obese loose weight with working out because it burns a lot more fat than muscle gain.

well if you work out so much or whatever it depends on what you are working on.. you have to do certain exercises to burn fat.. but some exercises build muscle, so when you build muscle, you gain weight.. its not bad, having muscle is a good thing. but to burn fat and lose weight you need to talk to a gym director/ personal trainer/ health teacher.. whoever to help you figure out which exercises you need to be doing at your age to burn fat.

What is it that you're eating? There's no point working out if you're not on any sort of diet or healthy eating regime! You need to eat more fruit and veg and try to eat less carbs cals and fat....try and stick to 1500 cals a day!
I hour at the gym is enough...they say if u do more than 1hour you're not doing it right, you're suppose to be out of breath and shattered by the end of an hours session...the shorter time u have the more intense the workout which is obviously better! Try this and you'll start to see difference soon! Jog on the treadmill and hit the ab machines!
