Question: I need help with dieting and exercise PLEASE!?
So a little about myself. I am 25, a mother of 3. I am 5"4 218lbs. I've never really had much of an appetite so I usually only eat once a day and thats usually dinner. I recently bought a treadmill and I have been walking/jogging on it for 2 weeks now and I have only lost 5 pounds, but I seem to gain 1-2lbs of it back somehow. I need some meal plans and food ideas that will help me lose weight. I can't afford to join a weight loss program or anything I just need ideas. Also, what how long should I be working out everyday? I've never been this big and I am getting really depressed and discouraged. I'm getting married in 4 months and I want to look my best and feel my best. Nothing seems to be working :-(

alright, dont stop eating. if your only eating 1 meal a day it means you not getting proper nutrients, 5 serving of fruits and veggies, enough protein...
you see when you dont eat often enough youll put your body in starvation mde, and actually burn LESS calories. can i make a diet plan for you?? this will keep your metabolism up!! i promis:)

breakfast- a small bowl of special k cereal
snack- a fruit, like a banana, and orange...
lunch- chicken salad with 1 cup chicken, as MANY veggies as you wwant (as long as its not avocado or potatoes, limit thoes) and low fat dressing
snack- a fruit or some veggies and light dip
dinner- steamed veggies and chicken or fish fillets

continue working out, youll start losing weight in no time :D

Stop eating so much! Your not going to die if you don't eat everyday. Make your body start processing that fat. I lost 80 lbs doing this. Im not talking about becoming anorexic, just make your body tap into those stored calories.



ummm you can't eat only once a day.....your metabolism probably sucks eat breakfast lunch and dinner...of course low cal...but you need to eat more as weird as it sounds



okay, to get into shape , rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.

also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

* you should lose about 10 lbs per month
