Question: How to get 6 pack abs quick when ur 13 years old?
i weight 145, n im 5,8". i wanna get in shape before high school starts, and how long will it take me? what foods should i eat? and what routines should i do? thanks.

Answers:

Sit-ups, crunches, push-ups and pull-ups. Jog a few miles every other day. But the most effective way also is sprints. Remember, Jog one day, then next day Sprints of different variations such as 40 yard dash, then do some 20 yards foward and back repeat till burned out and tired. Do all of them till you are burning and too tired to continue. As for diets, carbs are good early in the day but not too much unless you are exercising hard. Meat, vegies, and friuts are good for energy and protein. Most important of all rest on the weekends unless you miss a day in the weekdays. This helped me out alot but you are young so don't be surprised if you don't fill out right away...you still growing into your body. Good luck.



stay in shape every day, don't just do one muscle. One day work on abs. Next day work on bicep and triceps. But most mportantly... your body needs rest. When you work out your muscles literally rip. You fix that by getting plenty of rest and getting enough protein. Eat right, too... You should see results in like a month or two.
