Question: GYM for 6 months and NO MUSCLE !!?
Hello..
im 16 yrs old i have been in the GYM for 6 months and i dont have any muscles
My muscle are becoming stronger but NO SHAPE LIKE NO BENCHES OR 6-PACKS
i need any help how to have a big mucle

Basically, your body is not interested in having large muscles. Building muscles is expensive (in terms of energy) and maintaining them takes even More energy.

Your body is stingy about that, and basically is only going to build new muscle as a Last resort.

When you first start exercising, you can gain a lot of strength very quickly - but you aren't actually building new muscle. Your brain and nervous system are learning how to efficiently do the motions of your exercise and activate the muscles you have more efficiently. So you can lift heavier weights, but that's basically just your body 'learning' how to lift weights. That's cheaper (in terms of energy) than actually building more muscle, so your body is going to do it first.

At some point (actually, this has probably started to happen) you won't just be able to get stronger by getting more efficient - your body will Have to start building more muscle, and you'll begin to see the changes. This isn't really a fast process - visible changes take a long time, and honestly you can see yourself very differently from one day to the next.

Pay more attention to your strength gains - if you are getting stronger, it is working. Make sure you are getting plenty of food and sleep, and you'll be fine. Plus, other people will notice the changes in your muscles before you ever will - you just see yourself too often to notice.

The most likely reason is you're not upping the game as you get stronger! Do more reps on weight training and use a higher resistance on cardio machines.



are you doing it every day ? if so stop and do one week on one week off. the muscle will only build in rest periods. also buy FLEX magazine as they have some great techniques.

its probably diet, you want to get big you have to eat big.



if you have an ectomorph body, you're not going to see bigger muscles than you have. you'll have a slim athletic build
