Diet plan for VERY picky eaters?!


Question: Diet plan for VERY picky eaters?
I am a 13 Year-old Girl and 130(maybe a little over that) lbs i've been trying to lose weight but all i do is gain weight.
I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to food. I don't eat any Vegetables what so ever (besides potatoes) and no fruit at all. i don't eat salad i don't know why but i just never liked it. i've considered the Special K diet but have no idea what to eat for dinner. i try to exercise everyday on Wii Fit Plus for 30 minutes each day and if im not too tired i go in my room and do exercises such as Jumping Jacks, Sit ups, Push ups and Squats (btw what are some good exercises to lose belly fat?) i'd really appreciate if you'd answer my question with detail on how i can lose weight and FAST my birthday is next month (the middle of May) and there's a wedding in July so i'd really like to be ATLEAST a size 4 instead of size 6 so please help? :) thanks!

I hate salad too, and fruits, so I know where you are coming from (especially since I am also a size 6 wanting to go back to size 4 as well).
Just try and eat in moderation...no fast food, and if you do eat fast food, make everything smaller (small fries, small soda, etc.) Drink a lot of water as well, you get so much empty calories from soft drinks that totally ruins your diet. Also, eat slowly, too many people eat food too fast. Also remember that your body doesn't feel full until an after hour you eat.
