Question: Which is the truth about sagging breasts? Nothing you can do or work on your peck muscles?
I've read that there is nothing you can do. I have also read that you can do peck workouts and that should help. Well does anyone know which one it is?

Anyway in males, that extra fat that creates man-boobs is due to estrogen and too high body fat %.

In females, it is mostly because of too high body fat. But sometimes it is just your genetics and even at a really low body fat %, your breasts might still sag.

Edit:

What you have is loose skin from losing 40 pounds. What is your height/weight now? Usually when people lose a lot of weight, it takes as long as years for the skin to tighten up again.



Once things sag, they sag. The only corrective action is plastic surgery. You can work on your pecs, but that will only do so much. It might make them a little perky, but still saggy. Gravity is a b**ch.
