eat less, don't starve yourself. stay towards fruit and veggies and whole grain. Don't eat any junk. If its possible go to the gym, walk on a tredmill at a quick pace. Or take a spinning class, cycling. it's amazing. Work out everynight, sit ups, crunches, push ups, squats. Seriously push yourself. you might not lose that much without a gym but you can maybe lose 5 pounds

You don't want to be pushing yourself as much as these people are making it seem. the most you should be doing right now is making sure you're eating healthy! I still advise you exercise. walking around your neighborhood! HEY I'm 22 and I still enjoy a game of tag! ;-) Exercise is important no matter what age you are. stick with fruit and greens. try to stay away from sweets and fatty foods such as fried foods, and fast food. Whole grains.. wheat bread. a lot of meat is good for you as well depending on how its cooked and portion size.



Eat fruit and veg. Trick your metabolism by eating small meals every three hours. It takes three hours to empty the stomach. If you starve yourself your body will store all fats as it doesn't know when the next meal is coming. And exercise by doing heart raising activities.



well, why do you need to loose this much?
what you could do is eat better and exercise, but not much else
DONT try any "magic diet pills" they are only bad for you, and will actually make you gain weight

Umm, you're 13. Stay away from diets. All you can do is eat healthy I guess. And exercise. I don't know how often you should exercise though, I'm in the same dilemma :))
