Question: I got really depressed today (easy 10 pnts) please help?
I've been doing really good on my diet I went from 155 to 125 I go to the beach May 12. I wanna get down to 115. But today my stress got to me and I totally ruined. I ate cereal, tuna, Mac and cheese, doritos, and a mcdouble and fries from mcdonalds! That is far from my normal diet. I'm even more down after I ate that stuff. Have I ruined my diet? :( any tips or advice? Please help

No, you have not ruined your diet. Everybody slips up sometimes. First and most important, DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP. Just get back on the horse. You aren't going to gain any significant weight from one binge - a fraction of a pound, if that. I recommend that you drink lots of water, even if you don't feel like it. It will help flush any excess sodium out of your system, helping you feel less bloated. Also, don't weigh yourself tomorrow morning, because your body will probably hang onto a little extra water weight that will disappear in another day or so. No worries, you're still doing fine, and congratulations on losing 30 pounds, that is quite an accomplishment. :)
