How to get a flat stomach in a week?!

Question: How to get a flat stomach in a week?
i know you are all going to be unimpressed with this question, but i am 5'6 and about 117 pounds (15 year old girl) and im pretty fit, but sometimes in the week my stomach will get HUGE and then it will go back to being slim. I want to know how to keep a slim stomach. Every morning i have a whey protein shake and wont eat lunch, but i will have a cookie at 11. I usually get home at 6. what are some good exercises or quick fix ideas for my tummy?

its usually the lower part

Answers:

If you are only having a protein shake and a cookie to last all day you are not eating anything of any substance. You need to be eating protein, but also complex carbohydrates such as fresh vegetables and fruit, which will also provide you with the fibre that your body needs. Also, to be fit and healthy, you need to eat healthy fats, and enough vitamins and minerals.
Your tummy isn't fat, it's getting distended by the sounds of it.
If it was a fat problem, it would be an impossibility to flatten a fat belly in a week (to the best of my knowledge, anyway)
I'd try eating some fresh fruit for breakfast, maybe some nuts as a snack, then some lean protein ( chicken or fish maybe) with some fresh vegetables for lunch.
I think that should help. Hope so, anyway

Diet a little bit dont eat junk foods or else youll gain fat weight. Eat things in less calories and try the low fat snacks. Then do lots and lots of crunches!! The plank or core hold is also good for getting a flatter stomach or 6 packs. Do some sit ups too. If you do these then youll have a flatter stomach in a week but maybe not as flat as it can be this is just the beginning. You have to keep doing routines to obtine your flat stomach or 6 pack once you have it.

Flat stomach in a week? Only surgery can accomplish that.

Your stomach is likely bloating because you're not eating enough fiber.

Impossible to do it in a week. Don't even count on doing it in a month

I think you need to stop worrying.... seriously... be a kid because you still are.

To get a flat stomach you could follow these easy steps

Eat healthy and chew your food slowly.
Eat fibre and cut down on your salt intake.
Ideally, besides proper diet you should consider some physical exercise (walking, swimming, riding your bike...).

Make a habit of exercising now and you'll continue to do so even when the cold of winter forces you to spend more time inside. You can still go for a walk or a run of course, but you can also consider racket ball, squash, indoor tennis, soccer, basketball.

As for that flat stomach we mentioned earlier, give it time and you will see the difference. Do not weigh yourself every day, do not think the pounds are just going to start flying off simply because you were more active today than you have been in a long time...

Give your body time to adjust to your new rhythm, do not be discouraged if it takes longer to lose weight than you thought it might... You are bound to lose weight and get that flat stomach if you just stick to it
Herbal tea can also help you to get rid of cramps. One other remedy is to eat a couple of peppermints. Chew them and swallow them in relatively large chunks and you stand a very good chance of seeing those cramps and aches disappear.

Sleep
You may be surprised to find out that certain studies indicate that sleeping on your stomach may not be all that good for you. The reason is that in doing so you arch your back and place a lot of strain on your neck and your back. Obviously, it is not always easy or even possible to prevent this from happening, but just being conscious of the fact and trying to avoid may already be a step in the right direction. You could for example lie down on your back or your side when you are about to fall asleep.

There is great E-Book is available on this website http://tinyurl.com/5r5wewf for busy women which is very helpful to get flat stomach very early.
